I found this interesting Xcode Tips and Tricks Video.
It's interesting because it shows how to navigate around the code, which to me is one of the most important things when it comes to a programmer's productivity.
There is usually much emphasis on APIs, libraries that will make you write little code. But sometimes there is no escape, when one has to write lot of own code, or even when dealing with a lot of source code form somebody else (not just the header definitions), then being able to jump across functions and across files quickly is a key factor.
It's true that a programmer doesn't need to type like a machine gun (unlike it's shown in movies), but it's equally true that a programmer has to be able to jump around the code with minimal effort.
